About
The house dates from the 1930s and was completely
renovated and insulated with ecological materials.
Enjoy a large garden, planted with olive trees, fruit trees and Mediterranean plants .
Set back from a one-way street, it is a quiet oasis walking distance from all the village shops and restaurant.
There is 2 guest rooms, one of which has a suite with an extra bedroom.
The entrances to the bedrooms, are independent of the main dwelling , 1 on the ground floor , 1 on the 1st floor with independent outside access
The parking is private and secure. You can
access on foot the city center, shops, restaurants, classic theaters, movie theater, farmer market and all other cultural activities and sports.
Valréas
Located in Provence, Valréas is the capital of the enclave of the Popes and it has a rich history with the Popes in Avignon
Over time and negotiations, the popes acquired four towns in this area:
Visan, Richerenches, Grillon and Valréas.
They are part of a little island of the Vaucluse department inside the Drome department.
This singular status has been preserved for centuries. You will find a lot of architectural details on a wide varieties of monuments related to this special ownership.
Also a lot of templar references are quite common in the areas as well.
Avignon with its Popes palace is only 45 min away, Orange is 30 min away with its roman theater
Vaison la romaine is 25 mn with its huge archeological sites

Local Farmer markets are every single day in different villages.
You can play "Petanque" everyday with the locals.
